Pictured on Main Street in the town of Union, across from the old Monroe Theatre building, are five lovely girls who graduated from Union High School in the 1940’s.  They were friends and all of them had jobs and worked in the town of Union.

Left to right:     Dreama Chew, Hallie Sibold, Virginia Burwell, Virginia Roles and June Humphreys.

Dreama Chew lived in Sinks Grove worked in the Courthouse in Union and remained single all her life.

Hallie Sibold married Grover Pomphrey, lived in Sinks Grove and had one son; Bob Pomphrey.

Virginia Burwell married Marvin Hoke, lived in Pickaway and had two sons; Timothy and Mark.

Virginia Roles Garvin …..no information.

June Humphreys married Kyle Nichols, lived in Pickaway and had one son; David.
